Wuxi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 in Wuxi, Jiangsu province as a professional producer of anticorrosive equipment and chemical anticorrosive products. Our product line is extensive, and includes the following:
1. Silicon carbide anti-corrosive equipment:
silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media, SiC condenser and chiller, sulfuric acid concentrator, sulfuric acid dilution system heat exchanger, silicon carbide cooling system heat exchanger, high pressure temperature corrosive system SiC anticorrosive sample taker, SiC high temperature sensor, laboratory SiC heat exchanger and other equipment.
2. Chemical anti-corrosive plant:
sulfuric acid concentration plant and hydrochloric acid gas generator plant.
By working closely with the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, we successfully developed the first silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media in 2015. In 2017, we produced a large heat exchanger, which can bear a pressure up to 16kg, with a heat transfer area of more than 80 square meters, demonstrating our unique design capabilities. We use SolidWorks and other three-dimensional software to provide outstanding design services for customers, as well as use internationally advanced technology as our standard mode of operation. WXIT’s production facilities are equipped with impact resistance devices and straightness testing devices for silicon carbide, and we strictly control the detection process of raw material. We have also purchased large CNC machining centers to ensure the machining accuracy of each tube sheet and core components. Our skilled workers, backed by numerous years of experience in the assembly of silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media, as well as focus on assembly details in order to ensure the quality and tightness of products. We will carry out various tests, such as the pressure test and high temperature test under strict standards, so as to ensure the normal operation of all finished products under various working conditions.
