Wuxi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 in Wuxi, Jiangsu province as a professional producer of anticorrosive equipment and chemical anticorrosive products. Our product line is extensive, and includes the following:
1. Silicon carbide anti-corrosive equipment:
silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media, SiC condenser and chiller, sulfuric acid concentrator, sulfuric acid dilution system heat exchanger, silicon carbide cooling system heat exchanger, high pressure temperature corrosive system SiC anticorrosive sample taker, SiC high temperature sensor, laboratory SiC heat exchanger and other equipment.
2. Chemical anti-corrosive plant:
sulfuric acid concentration plant and hydrochloric acid gas generator plant.
By working closely with the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, we successfully developed the first silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media in 2015. In 2017, we produced a large heat exchanger, which can bear a pressure up to 16kg, with a heat transfer area of more than 80 square meters, demonstrating our unique design capabilities. We use SolidWorks and other three-dimensional software to provide outstanding design services for customers, as well as use internationally advanced technology as our standard mode of operation. WXIT’s production facilities are equipped with impact resistance devices and straightness testing devices for silicon carbide, and we strictly control the detection process of raw material. We have also purchased large CNC machining centers to ensure the machining accuracy of each tube sheet and core components. Our skilled workers, backed by numerous years of experience in the assembly of silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media, as well as focus on assembly details in order to ensure the quality and tightness of products. We will carry out various tests, such as the pressure test and high temperature test under strict standards, so as to ensure the normal operation of all finished products under various working conditions.

The unique sealing design ensures that each pipe is sealed individually. The unique design of a pull rod and baffle will guarantee the stability of each tube.

- In December 2014
Wuxi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
- In October 2015
the first silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media was successfully installed at the customer’s location.
- In November 2015
our silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media was successfully put into use in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- In February 2016
our first silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media with double tubesheets was successfully installed at the customer’s location.
- In March 2016
the silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media was successfully put into use in the pesticide manufacturing industry.
- In May 2016
our first silicon carbide cooling system heat exchanger was successfully put into operation.
- In June 15, 2016
our company's first patent certificate: "patent for utility models of silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media with double tube sheets" was approved.
- In August 2016
our company became an expert member of the STS plan of the Chinese Academy of Sciences - the industrialization of silicon carbide heat exchanger.
- In November 2016
our first self-designed sulfuric acid concentration plant was successfully operated.
- In February 2017
our silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media was successfully put into use in the acid pickling industry.
- In May 2017
the silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media with the largest heat exchange area among the industry was successfully installed at the customer site (DN700-70m2, 1.6MPa steam).
- In August 14, 2017
our company became the exclusive drafting enterprise of National Technical Committee of Non-metallic Chemical Equipment, and we were responsible for the drafting of the “National Standard For The Silicon Carbide Heat Exchanger”.
- In August 25, 2017
our company's first invention patent, "patent of invention for silicon carbide heat exchanger for corrosive media with double tubesheets" was approved.
- In September 2017
our company moved to a new factory and officially transformed from a pilot enterprise into a manufacturing company.

our company became a member of the Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection.
