The 32nd ACHEMA– World Forum and Leading Show for the Process Industries will be held in Frankfurt, Germany June 11th to the 5th, 2018. This exhibition is held every 3 years by DECHEMA Gesellschaft für Chemische Technik und Biotechnologie. e.V. It is the world's largest chemical engineering and equipment exhibition and enjoys a great reputation in the global chemical industry. WXIT will take part in this exhibition with our silicon carbide heat exchanger and anti-corrosive plant.

In early 2018, we successfully developed the first 48m² silicon carbide heat exchanger for the new year. The customer needed this equipment to work under a temperature of 250℃ and the high pressure of 1.6MPa, without sacrificing the corrosion resistance. We successfully met the customer’s requirements, and sent the perfect solution to our customer.

Wuxi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. was approved and included in the second batch of revise work in 2017 to revise the “National Standard for Silicon Carbide Heat Exchanger” by National Technical Committee of Non-metallic Chemical Equipment. As the constitutor of the industry standard for silicon carbide heat exchanger, WXIT has realized the great progress from formulating "INNOVATION Enterprise Standard" to "Industry Standard for Silicon Carbide Heat Exchanger" and the exclusive drafting enterprise of "National Standard for Silicon Carbide Heat Exchanger".

For corrosion resistance protection, this equipment undergoes different surface coatings in 4 stages in order to achieve the best corrosion resistance possible.

Another set of sulfuric acid concentration plants produced by WXIT was successfully installed on the spot, and it can concentrate 60% of sulfuric acid to 93% of concentrated sulfuric acid.

On December 21, 2017, our general manager Xu attended a technical seminar of silicon carbide heat exchanger hosted by a large domestic enterprise. During the meeting, we exchanged ideas on technical issues, and created a warm, friendly atmosphere. After the meeting, we carried out guidance within the production field, demonstrating our expertise.
